The mission of the J. Rose Project is to empower girls of various social, economic, racial, & academic backgrounds through cutting-edge & thought-provoking programming within the Greater Chicago-land area. The "I AM SHERO" Summit is the trademark event of our organization.

Since 2010, we have served over 500 girls, had over 100 women volunteer, and over 30 speakers grace our stage in an effort to equip, educate, and empower our girls.
